We’ve already heard one track officially from the upcoming Iron & Wine album Ghost On Ghost due out April 16th via Nonesuch–that being “Lover’s Revolution”–and one unofficially, that one being the live renditions of “Caught in the Briars” which sprung up in various forms on YouTube, only to taken down just as quickly. But don’t worry, I’m sure it’s back up by now. Over at Rolling Stone, Iron & Wine premiered a new track called “Grace for Saints and Ramblers” from the forthcoming Ghost On Ghost, and while it does still have some of the glossy, smoothed out aspects from his last record, the sometimes hit-or-miss Kiss Each Other Clean, it does show promise in making a respectable compromise between his early material and his more recent output. Check out the new track from Sam Beam & Co. below.
