It’s been a while since we heard from ex-Hyperdub mainstays. Two years actually, since their divisive (but incredibly underrated, in this writer’s opinion) full-length debut, North, which saw them jumping from computerized garage to something that more aptly resembled computerized synthpop. The trio have a 12″ coming out on November 13th via Warp Records, featuring the track “Timeaway,” which is nigh unrecognizable compared to their previous downtrodden pixelated-cloud aesthetic.
