Aside from that details were scant — until just now, when BBC Radio 1’s Zane Lowe premiered “Calgary” from the album for our listening pleasure. It’s also streaming here for people in the UK. Otherwise listen below. A free download will be posted on the official site very soon.
In an interview with Zane Lowe Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon revealed that he’s been working on this album for the last three years while working on all those other projects. He’s had a hard time keeping it under wraps, but undoubtedly he’s done a good job.
Bon Iver, Bon Iver will be released on June 21st thanks to Jagjaguwar.
