Young London quartet Bombay Bicycle Club have been hyped since before they even released their debut album in 2009, but the boys have never let it go to their heads and have just stuck their heads down and continued to work hard. They followed up their debut, I Shook The Blues But I Shook Them Loose, the following year with Flaws, and now they’re making it three albums in as many years on August 29th when they release A Different Kind Of Fix.
Judging from the first single, “Shuffle,” Bombay Bicylce Club have quite significantly changed their sound for the new album. “Shuffle” is much more sprightly and upbeat than Flaws in particular, and with (what sounds like) cut-up piano chords leading the song, it could even be said to be quite dance-y. Check out the song below.

“Shuffle” is available to buy now from iTunes and A Different Kind of Fix is being released on August 29th by Island in Eirope with a North American release date to follow.
