Blondie are returing this year with their new album Panic Of Girls; their first since 2003. We know Debbie Harry can still shake it with the best of them, but it’s no secret that the members of Blondie are aging, having been around since the 70s, but they’re aiming to stay relevant with the younger generation of music fans by including a cover of the Beirut favourite “A Sunday Smile” on their new album. Or maybe it’s because they just think it’s a damn good song. whichever it is, Zach Condon must approve because he appears on Panic Of Girls, playing trumpet on other tracks.
