New York-based shoegaze stalwarts Asobi Seksu and Japanese metal shapeshifters Boris have teamed up for a Record Store Day Black Friday split that is now up for advance streaming. On the split, the two bands cover each other, with Asobi Seksu doing Boris’ “Farewell” for the A-side and Boris performing “New Years” as “Neu Years” for the B-side.
