Let’s Wrestle’s debut had a certain throwback quality to it, clearly wearing influences from the 80’s and 90’s underground on their sleeve. So with news that their second album, Nursing Home, is being engineered by Steve Albini, it seems like Let’s Wrestle are going with what works best for them.
Merge records will bring this collection to your hands on May 17th, which their singer says bears resemblance to Thin Lizzy and The Cars. There is also promise that this will be a heavier record, which when you got the guy from Big Black turning knobs, makes sense.
