New Yorkers, get ready for another multi-night residency. This time German electronic giants Kraftwerk will be setting up shop at NYC’s Museum of Modern Art for an eight night stay in April, during which they’ll be playing one of their albums in full each night.
According to the press release, other original compositions will also be played “to showcase both Kraftwerk’s historical contributions and contemporary influences on sound and image culture.” The music will be accompanied by “elaborate staging” involving projections and 3D images.
