After long rumours that British pop icon Kate Bush would be releasing her first new material for six years this year, fans would have been understandably disappointed that her release from earlier this year, Director’s Cut, was actually just reworkings of older material.
Thankfully those rumours were not only part-truths, since Bush has announced an album of entirely new material, due out on November 21st. The album is called 50 Words For Snow (the cover is above) and comprises seven brand new songs, recorded at the same time as Director’s Cut. The album will be released by Bush’s own Fish People label.
