K.C. Accidental to Re-Release Rare EPs

K.C Accidental, the band considered to be the foundation for Broken Social Scene, will be re-releasing two of their self published and rare EPs next month in a deluxe 2 LP package. Headed by BSS founder and standby Kevin Drew, K.C. Accidental also features the music of multi-instrumentalist Charles Spearin. Entitled Captured Anthems For An Empty Bathtub and Anthems For The Could’ve Bin Pills respectively, the two EPs have been out of print for years now and have circulated mostly in the Toronto independent scene, finally seeing a large scale release on October 26th via Arts and Crafts.

I’ve enjoyed a few K.C. Accidental tracks over the years and I’m excited to hear this as a whole package. You can pre-order the album now, or pick up a copy at their tour date near you.
