Producer and “post-dubstep” artist James Blake has announced that he’ll be releasing two cuts under his Harmonimix moniker in September on R&S Records.
If you haven’t heard any material before, Blake’s Harmonimix project blends hip-hop and r&b elements together to form a new scatterbrained electronic sound. You may have unknowingly heard his Harmonomix takes on Destiny’s Child’s “Bills Bills Bills” and Lil Wayne’s “A Milli” floating around on the web. His take on D’Angelo’s “Left & Right” is also fantastic.
