It has been nearly a year since Guided By Voices reunited with their classic lineup, long enough for us to forget that they are not going to be back together forever. So, with the band set to perform at Pitchfork Music Festival in a matter of minutes, it is a fitting time to share that Guided By Voices now has an end-date: September 9th.
According to Hopscotch Music Fest, Guided By Voices performance at their festival, on a bill that also includes Drive-By Truckers and The Dodos, will be their last as a band. Freaking out? Did you somehow miss every opportunity to see these lengend in the last year? Worry not, as the group still has a few other opportunities to check them out, including FYF Fest and Oya Festival.
