Although Grinderman appears to be taking an extended vacation as a band, it seems that they have a parting gift for their fans: a new remix album of tracks from Grinderman 2. The collection, Grinderman 2 RMX, will combine many previously released collaborations and mixes, some alternate takes, and a few exclusive cuts into a single release.
Among contributors are The National’s Matt Berninger on an alternate take of “Evil,” A Place To Bury Strangers, Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme, and, below, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Nick Zinner. Check out the full tracklisting for the March 13th (via Anti-) release as well.
