It’s been in the rumour mill for a while that The Gaslight Anthem’s frontman Brian Fallon has been working on a new project and today we have the official announcement that an album is coming.
Under the moniker The Horrible Crowes, Fallon has recorded an album with long time Gaslight Anthem Roadie Ian Perkins. The album is entitled Elsie and is set for release on September 5th through Side One Dummy Records.
Speaking of the project Fallon says that it is “out there” and not what we’d expect from him at all. Track titles revealed so far are “Go Tell Everybody” and “Marie Ann” – the latter of which apparently could “give a kid nightmares for months.”
