Well, when “Before The Bridge” was announced as a single, which is being released today, we had hoped that something longer might be on the way from Future Islands. Now, our suspicions are confirmed as they have announced a release for October.
Titled On The Water, the new Future Islands record is their third full-length, coming a little more than a year since their last album, In Evening Air. Thrill Jockey will put out the 11-song effort on October 11th. Check out the tracklisting below.
