Filter reports that they have teamed up with American Eagle Outfitters to gather rarities, covers, and remixes from an all-star cast of musicians to create Hear to Help, a compilation to benefit the crisis in Haiti. The CD will feature Surfer Blood, Vampire Weekend, Julian Casablancas, Busdriver, Grizzly Bear, and many other notable players in today’s music scene.
