Errors announce new album for January; download “Earthscore” now

Scottish experimental dance punk trio Errors have today announced the release of their third album Have Some Faith In Magic. The album comes out through Rock Action records on January 31st and the press release tells us to expect something a little different to their previous outings.

Have Some Faith In Magic is an LP of sprawling pop, with delicious hooks applied liberally across post-electro scatterings; a complete turn away from previously lauded albums It’s Not Something But It Is Like Whatever and last year’s Come Down With Me – not least with vocals now being included prominently for the first time,” it reads.

Leader Steev Livingston admits that the decision to put more vocals into their work came “naturally.” Those worried about Errors changing their style too much can feel a little calmer as Livingston says “[they]’ve used them in a way that sits really naturally so the music and the vocals don’t feel like separate entities.”

You can get an early judgement for yourself by listening to and downloading the 6 minute banger “Earthscore” from the album below.
