Anybody who follows Cymbals Eat Guitars on twitter will know that they’ve had their sophomore album wrapped up and ready to roll for a while now, we’ve just been awaiting details on its release.
Announced through twitter, the band have revealed that the album will be called Lenses Alien and will hit the street on September 14th (13th in the UK). The labels will be Barsuk and Memphis Industries respectively.
You can see the creepy cover art above. Maybe it reflects a new sound? As long as there are still awesomely huge guitars involved then we’re sold. Hopefully we’ll get a taster soon and find out.
