Class Actress is the moniker used by Elizabeth Harper, and this October she’s releasing her debut full length album. Using a truly classy French title Rapprocher (meaning “to come closer”) to express the intimacy of her recordings is just one way that Harper embodies something unique in music today.
Fans of Class Actress’s debut EP Journal of Ardency will be delighted to know that that sound has been progressed for the album; according to the press release Harper has “pushe[d] the EP’s proto-electro revisionism into new directions.”
