It seems just like yesterday that Bill Callahan released his last album Apocalypse (hell, i’m still reeling off of Sometimes I Wish We Were An Eagle), but in actual fact it’s coming on two years since it found its way into the world. Nonetheless, Callahan will return with a new LP later this year entitled Dream River. Released through Drag City on September 17th, Dream River is said to be “easily the most sensual and soulful of Callahan’s career.” There you go. Check out the tracklisting below.
