While Bradford Cox has been touring almost relentlessly with Deerhunter this year, it seems he has also found time to record a new Atlas Sound album.
Following on from a series of demoes released earlier this year we will now get a proper recording called Parallax. The album will be released fairly soon too; it has a street date of November 8th through 4AD. On the cool new Parallax page on 4AD’s website it lists the albums ‘genre’ as Science Fiction, which is interesting.
