Well, there are some of us who thought this would never happen. But the beginning of 2011 will see Amy Winehouse make her return to performance. Correction. Amy Winehouse is scheduled to perform. Who knows what will happen between now and then.
This will be her first mini-tour since 2008, and since then she has had a variety of drug, legal and Coachella troubles. But the shows lined-up in Brazil offer her a chance to return away from people who she can understand, which is smart. Openers for the shows include Janelle Monae and Mayer Hawthorne.
