It’s more or less impossible to try to calculate the impact that Bob Dylan has had upon modern music, and that has never seemed more clear than when looking at the track list for Amnesty International’s new 50th Anniversary charity album Chimes of Freedom. The sheer range of artists that appear on this collection is impressive. Musicians from all genres can be found on this compilation and the range in age is also stunning, from Miley Cyrus at 19 to Pete Seeger at 92.
70 of the songs were recorded pro bono especially for the collection. Chains of Freedom is four discs long and will comes out in CD and digital formats on January 24th. Check out the full track list below.
