The debut release from Erros Mágicos, the long gestating side project of psychedelic experimentalists Magic Castles, trades in field recording samples, late-60’s Tropicalia tendencies, and Blue Cheer-style guitar chug. The latest track “C’est Tout Noir” from their debut Shambhala is packed with enough psych atmosphere, softly spoken French vocals, and swirling rings of electric guitars to make Tom Ze, Serge Gainsbourg, and Jimi Hendrix proud. Prolific psych label Moon Glyph is handling the distribution for this release, and you can head over to their website to pick up a copy of Shambhala on limited edition cassette.
