Brooklen psych-pop singer Sophia Knapp is jumping on the Record Store Day bandwagon, with the release of “Times Square” on 7″ for Electric Ragtime Records. She’s bringing along Stockholm pop duo AOP as well, and their collaboration sounds as effervescent and gorgeous as anything that either artist has released. Bubbling over with shimmering hooks, less-than-optimistic lyrics, and a sense of wide open space, the track and corresponding 7″ will be available at participating record stores across the country on Record Store Day (April 20th) and digitally on April 23rd.
