Dutch filmmaker and photographer Ari Marcopoulos–who happened to study under Andy Warhol–recently shot a short film for rap group RatKing’s latest single “Piece of Shit.” The video was shot in one take and used Marcopoulos’ signature black and white desaturated visual aesthetic. To accompany the video, the director also produced a limited edition zine (also called Piece of Shit) which will have its own record release party on March 26th at Grasslands in Brooklyn. The band kicks off a tour opening for GZA on Wednesday of this week. Check out the video for “Piece of Shit” below.
