Modeselektor’s third album Monkeytown is coming out at the end of this month/start of next month (depending on your territory) and aside from a few snippets of each song we haven’t really heard much from it. The duo are making that up to us by letting us stream “Pretentious Friends” featuring Busdriver. The song has particularly throbbing bass and some pretty funny vocals, especially in the breakdown discussion in the middle, that really epitomises “pretentious friends.” Check out the song below.
