Cee-Lo returning to Goodie Mob for new album this fall

Cee-Lo Green is on TV these days with The Voice and his interview show, Talking To Strangers. He has some kind of Vegas show planned where he will become the “hip-hop Liberace.” Also, he is on every festival bill that comes out, it seems. So, does Cee-Lo risk overexposure? Well, yeah, but I don’t think he cares.

Cee-Lo has recently taken to his Twitter to announce yet another project: a return to his breakout group Goodie Mob. This will mark Cee-Lo’s first recording with the group since 1999’s World Party (2004’s One Monkey Don’t Stop No Show was recorded without Cee-Lo). The new Goodie Mob album, titled We Sell Drugs Too (!) could see release in the fall, according to Mr. Green. We’ll keep you posted as more information becomes available.
