Another giant music event that was taking place this weekend suffered an unfortunate conclusion as a giant storm toppled the main stage during the performance of band Cheap Trick. Luckily, many in the crowd had already dispersed as rain and hail had been pouring in, resulting in no serious injuries (one person reported a broken leg).
Death Cab For Cutie had been scheduled as the final day headliner, concluding two weeks of showcases that included bands like Death From Above 1979, Soundgarden, and The Black Keys. One Thirty BPM will have complete coverage of the festival next week, which will unfortunately not feature Death Cab For Cutie.
