Bachelorette is the solo project of one Annabel Alpers, a New Zealander who creates sonically beautiful and experimental music. Not dissimilar from Bjork, but not the same either, Alpers is about to release her self-titled third album, which is difficult to pin down in words. Drag City are releasing Bachelorette on May 17th and have kindly given away the MP3 of “Blanket,” which you can hear below to get a better idea of what this is all about.
