Jenn Wasner has already one great batch of songs with her partner Andy Stack in Wye Oak and their album Civilian. It seems she is just bursting with creativity though, since she has found the need to release more solo songs under the moniker Flock Of Dimes. On the Facebook page for Flock of Dimes she has described the project as a “vanity project of questionable skill and intent,” but listening to “Prison Bride” there’s absolutely nothing questionable about the skill.
“Prison Bride” is reportedly the first of many songs we’re likely to hear from Wasner under this name so keep your eye out. Listen to the song below.
