When we talked to Dirty Beaches, influences from the beats to David Lynch were cited in the recording of Badlands. Now, in the clip for “Lord Knows Best” (which our Erik Burg wishes to be played at his wedding), we see both come into play, with Lynch’s ambiance and some 50’s style clothing. The kaleidoscopic view suits the songs repetition well, if I do say so.
