The internet age has made the desire for information so immediate that how you release something is often more interesting than the actual thing being released. Luckily for Noise Pop, their lineup appears to be strong as they recently finished posting riddles on Twitter and Facebook to unveil their bookings. So, who did they get?
Yo La Tengo is one sure thing. Telekinesis looks to be the answer to the guy making a chair float, though he also looks really tall if that means anything. Other apparent participants are Dan Deacon, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, The Concretes and How to Dress Well. The rest of the lineup is coming out today, so we’ll update soon to fill in the details. Noise Pop takes place in venues throughout San Francisco on February 22-27th.
