By ; March 11, 2010 at 4:39 PM

EMI can’t seem to catch a break, huh. English rock group, Pink Floyd, won in court today, successfully suing the English music group over online royalties and for selling individual tracks on online music services such as iTunes.

Judge Andrew Morritt agreed with Pink Floyd’s case and stated that EMI should “preserve the artistic integrity of [their] albums.”

EMI now needs to pay $60,000 as an interim payment while the judge decides on a fine.
