Lost in all the endless hype, pushbacks, and rumors swirling around the release of Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne was the seeming inevitability of a supporting tour. But now, with pre-orders having opened and a release date finally confirmed (exclusively through iTunes on August 8, physically August 12), the announcement of such a tour has finally arrived.
The legendary duo will support Watch the Throne on 24 dates starting in September, playing two nights in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Chicago, and Los Angeles. They’ll also touch down in the arenas of major cities including Philadelphia, Washington, Minneapolis, and Denver, among others.
