Yes, you read the title correctly. GZA of the Wu-Tang Clan collaborated with the Black Lips for a secret show at a venue called The Compound during SXSW this past Friday. It’s kinda hard to explain this incredulous collaboration, which in theory sounds incredible, but in practice kind of falls flat. I think the following quote sums it up nicely:
