It seems that aside from the eleven amazing tracks that make up Deerhunter’s recently released Halcyon Digest the band had a couple more tracks up their sleeve. The Japanese release of the album comes with two Japan-only bonus tracks, which have been uploaded courtesy of Some Kind Of Awesome.
Listening to them it is evident why they were not put on the album. Both tracks are ambient electronic pieces that would not have fit in with the rock-oriented sound of Halcyon Digest. Whilst not classic Deerhunter both tracks are worth a play so check them out below.
