Ceremony announce new album for March, download “Hysteria” now

By ; January 6, 2012 at 10:37 AM

Progressive hardcore bands don’t normally possess the ability to be abrasive, accessible and unpredictable all at once, but that is exactly what Californian band Ceremony have accomplished on their releases to date. This is probably why they have been snapped up by big time indie label Matador for the release of their fourth album. The LP is entitled Zoo and will be out on March 6th.

You can get your first taste of Zoo by streaming or downloading the opening track “Hysteria,” here:

The next single, “Adult,” will be released on 7″ on the same day as the album. The first 200 people to order the single will get it on clear vinyl, and the first 300 people to order the album from the Matador store will receive it on limited edition red vinyl. Matador seem to be very excited by the prospect of releasing Zoo, and as such have set up several different packages that you can buy the album in. The options are outlined in the diagram below.
