The Vickers

Florence, Italy’s psych-pop group The Vickers craft swatches of 60’s-indebted pop with nods to more modern indie rock sensibilities. The band is currently gearing up for the release of their debut LP, which should find its way onto store shelves and online retailers sometime later this year. But in the lead up to the album’s release date, they’ve shared a new 7” single, “She’s Lost/All I Need,” via Cybertree Records/Foolica Records—and with it, an accompanying video for “She’s Lost.” Starring a host of swirling, psychedelic patterns, the video allows the pop expanse of the music to interlace with the striking visuals in ever-shifting rhythms. Reverbed vocals sway in time with glistening guitars and subdued synths brush up against insistent percussion, with the appropriately hazy video providing a perfect companion to the music. Watch the video for “She’s Lost” below.
