Watch: The Darcys – “Muzzle Blast”

As of this week, the Darcys’ third album, Warring, is available via Arts & Crafts, and to mark the occasion, the band have a new video to offer fans. We’re already familiar with the sounds of “Muzzle Blast,” but now it’s coupled with scenes of abandonment, despair, and unspoken tragedy. Shot around the decay ruins of Detroit, the video follows a girl as she wanders around a town void of human life, eventually cumulating in a emotional crux that gives the songs lyrics, “Why me?” that bit more meaning.
