Video: Willy Moon – “Railroad Track”

By ; August 7, 2012 at 1:47 PM

Willy Moon is a new signee to Jack White’s Third Man Records, and one look at the 21 year old’s style and talent gives away exactly why White would want him on his label. Moon writes, records and produces all of his music himself, which gives it something of a homely feel.

His first 7″ single, “Railroad Track” b/w “Bang Bang,” is coming out on August 20th. You can stream the a-side below, and we recommend you do.

If that fantastic sample sounds familiar it’s because it’s The ARC Choir’s “Walk With Me,” which was used by Kanye West on his single “Jesus Walks,” but it’s used quite differently here.
