After announcing a new album last month, anticipation rose once again ahead of Axel Willner’s follow up to his excellent Looping State of Mind from 2011. Cupid’s Head is out Septmber 30th on Kompakt, and you can now hear the title track (which is also one of the shortest tracks on the album), which takes the titular words and turns them into one of Willner’s trademark stomping yet ambient affairs.
