TV on the Radio’s Kyp Malone is poised to drop a new solo record September 22 through Anti-Records called Rain Machine. Featuring cover art drawn by Malone himself, this 11 track LP also features song titles such as “Driftwood Heart”, “Desperate Bitch”, and “Winter Song”.
Malone has described the record as, “a nearly full spectrum of frequencies audible to the human ear, a reflection of a variety of emotions and situations real and imagined – some rhythm some rhyme.”
Production credit goes to Ian Brennan who has previously worked with the likes of Ramblin’ Jack Elliott and Jonathan Richman.
