Noise-rock band HEALTH’s follow-up to their self-titled debut is on its way, and it’s called GET COLOR. The album was recorded in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles with Manny Nieto.
Last month, we got a taste of the new album through their first new single, “DIE SLOW”. With their previous material, the band’s influences were clearly audible. However, this song (and hopefully album) signifies a turning point for the band, showcasing a more mature and wholly unique sound. After hearing “DIE SLOW”, it seems certain that HEALTH will deliver a solid sophomore LP.
