So far in 2013, Azealia Banks has made plenty of noise, not all of it music related. The infamous tweeter has argued with Rita Ora, Angel Haze and Baauer, releasing a remix of “Harlem Shake” without his permission. But as much as the 21-year-old Harlem native has been causing a ruckus on social media, she’s also shaken up the music world, consistently putting out genre-defying songs.

After breaking out with the boisterous and slick “212,” in 2011, she’s also released the ‘90s house-inspired EP 1991, followed by the mixtape, Fantasea. And now, she’s finally released the video for “Yung Rapunxel,” the first official single from her highly anticipated debut album, Broke with Expensive Taste, due later this year. Produced by seapunk innovator Lil Internet, the monster track features Banks rapping and screaming over an electrifying beat. In the sinister new video directed by Jam Sutton, Banks faces off against the police, rides a mechanical bull, and even has mouths in place of her eyes. Like the song itself, the video is so good it’s scary.

Check out the video below. Looking for her scandalous tweets? Well she’s deleted them from her profile and allegedly handed the account password to her record label. That’s a bummer.
