Elephant & Castle, the electronic project of David Vincent Reep, has announced an album to come out on March 13th via Plug Research, titled Transitions. And, to make the biggest of possible splashes, he enlisted tUnE-yArDs’ Merrill Garbus to help him with lead single “En Memoria,” ultimately sounding like a tUnE-yArDs flirtation with ambient electronica.
