Althought the majority of the nearly-three-hour soundtrack for The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo soundtrack is made up of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross’s instrumental work, it is bookended by a couple of oddities. We’ve already heard the opening track, which sees Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Karen O team up with Reznor and Ross to cover Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song,” and now we have the concluding song, How To Destroy Angels’ cover of Bryan Ferry’s “Is You Love Strong Enough?” I’m assuming that this song will be on the closing credits of the movie, not only because it is the last song on the soundtrack, but it would just be perfect. It has the ideal brooding, wintry quality to it that seems to be the aesthetic of the film and the soundtrack. Check it out below.
